That was waaaay to little in my book. Family or not, IF they choose to pay you you should get what your worth. Do what you feel is best. Their house ishuge too and Has 3 bedrms, and up & downstairs, carpet etc….

• You can tell your cheap *** client that Mr. Lincoln freed you a long time ago and you are no longer a not for profit company. Its the folks with tons of $$$ that will try to bleed you dry, quality is not cheap. Find for your self a living wage (each area of the country is different) and charge a little more. If you give a good product at a reasonable price people will line up .
• Our cleaning ladies would charge by the bedroom and bathrooms. You need to have a chart set up that you provide for new clients. What your price includes and how much for extras. Our cleaning ladies charged us $80 for our 2 bed 2 bath 1200 sq foot condo. They cleaned every two weeks. I had to pick up everything before they came or they wouldn’t clean an area. They were cleaners, not pick up you junk people. You can probably get pricing sheets from other cleaning companies in your area and price competively.

  I’m sorry that they seem to be acting out. First get you a spray bottle full of cold water to spray them next time they tie up. That will take care of the short term danger of them getting hurt or hurting you. Cats are peculiar. I have one female that is jealous of her daughter and picks a fight at every opportunity. I usually break them up and put the mama cat outside to cool off. I hope this helps. Good Luck

  Can I advise you purchase the fence plastic strips.which you use on the tops of your fence,the cat wont jump onto them.
  Other than that go on line and put in `cat fencing` this can be attached to the top of your garden fencing .its made to stop anything getting into your garden,also you can get it to stop your cats from going outside your garden,thus making their garden their space only.
  OR.have a run made that allows your cats out into the garden but keeps the `visitor` out of their face.

  their are cat scarers you can purchase as well. but it will mean you switching it on while your girls are inside.hoping it scares the visitor enough to stop it attempting to visit!!
